The most popular attraction here is the Skywalk, a horseshoe-shaped glass walkway that cantilevers over the canyon. WebThe North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park usually closes for the winter season in mid-October and then reopens sometime in mid-May. This year, however, it is scheduled to open on June 2 due to what park officials call a record-setting amount of snow. Snow piles stack up in late January 2024 in the North Rim Administration area.
