My problem is I can’t find the Game folder to get to the Bin folder. I’ve googled and tried everything but I just can’t find it. I’ve made sure I can see hidden files.

Since disc and Steam installs both use TS3W.exe, with the W, not TS3.exe, make sure you are NOT using the download provided for Origin installs.

It's never been smooth in my game, even when everything else is.
